This service is meant for therapy offices, but may work for a doctor's office just as well. Whenever you need to manage appointments for patients or customers that you want to charge for your service, you can use this application. There may be services out there that offer more, but likely also cost more.
You can try this service for free for 30 days, you don't have to provide a credit card or anything else. After these 30 days you will need to buy a certain service package. You purchase the right to use this service for the next 30 days. There is no automatic renewal.
Select a package that matches the size of your team. The packages are sized in XS, S ... XL. The maximum number of users per package is as follows:

The basic processes should be self explanatory. You won't find a detailed explanation for every action here. What you should know is that every user has at least one role, potentially more. Details on each role follow now.
There are three different roles: Administrator, Therapist and Accountant.
As an Administrator you can make fundamental changes, like:
You can't make an appointment with you as the Therapist if you don't have that role.
WARNING! Administrators are able to delete all appointments,
deactivate other users,
so they can make an account completely unusable.
Be careful when granting this role to a user.
With role Therapist you can see other appointments and manage your own appointments.
With just this role, you can't change appointments of other therapists.
Role Accountant only enables you to create invoices for your patients.
Accountants are the only users who can do that.
This is a B2B service only, you cannot use it as a private individual. When payments from private persons are discovered, the offending account will be closed.
This service is offered in English and German. The shown language depends on your browser's settings. Upon installation of the browser, the language will be copied over from the operating system's language, but can be changed in your browser settings anytime.
No data, other than data entered by the user, is stored. This data is exclusively stored for the operation of the customer's business. The company offering this service is named at the bottom of this page (Wizz-IT). When payment for this service stops, the account will be deactivated and thereafter all data of the account will be deleted.
The processing of data is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
There is only one functional (i.e. essential) cookie, a so called session-cookie, to make the browser remember that you already authenticated. There are no other cookies, therefore no annoying pop-up is necessary.
This is a B2B service, intended for other businesses. No VAT will be charged due to Austria's small business regulation (§6(1)27 UStG). Providing false information will lead to the deletion of the respective account. All listed prices are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
This service covers the following:
You are paying for the right, to use this service for 30 days. The package must be chosen according to your team size. There is no automatic renewal. It suffices to stop paying for this service, there's no need to terminate a contract. When there's no payment, the account remains in read-only mode for 30 days. Thereafter, logging in becomes impossible. Another 30 days later, the account will be deleted, automatically and irreversibly. Being a B2B service, there is no right of cancellation.
